About this product Adjustable cutting thickness from 0 to 12 mm allows for precise slicing of various fruits and vegetables for different dishes. The desired thickness can be quickly set using the central dial on the blade, enabling the preparation of very thin slices for salads as well as thicker slices for cheese or vegetables. The consistent cutting performance ensures clean edges and an attractive presentation of the ingredients. Thanks to its easy adjustment, the vegetable slicer is ideal for kitchen preparation in homes, restaurants, or food retail outlets. Electric or manual operation offers flexible usage options in various situations. In electric mode, the spring-loaded lever automatically pushes food towards the blade while the user operates the switch, making work faster and more convenient. For locations without electricity, the device can be easily converted to manual operation by attaching the handle. This dual functionality makes the vegetable slicer particularly practical for kitchens, outdoor events, or mobile sal es stands. Sharp stainless steel blades made of 420J2 material ensure precise and even cuts of fruits, vegetables, or cheese. The blades can be quickly replaced thanks to a simple locking system, making cleaning and maintenance easy. The robust stainless steel housing provides a stable structure and can be easily cleaned under running water after use. The durable construction ensures a long service life, even with regular use in kitchen environments. An efficient cutting system with a large feed chute allows for the processing of many ingredients of varying sizes. The spring mechanism automatically pushes food to the cutting surface, resulting in even cuts. A soft spring prevents delicate foods such as tomatoes, kiwis, or cheese from being crushed. Additionally, six suction cups on the base of the unit ensure stability on the work surface and minimize movement during the cutting process. This practical preparation tool for kitchen tasks significantly reduces preparation time. The electric vegetable slicer allows for the efficient preparation of large quantities of ingredients, enabling faster start times for cooking.
